Unbalanced Stones is a project by Oscar Palou, Marcello Lussana and Eun-Boram Ahn. The sound of swinging rocks is used in a live performance context, exploring the sound of stones moving on a surface, revealing the rhythmic patterns that are hidden in their shapes. These sonic events are processed in real time, creating repetitive beats, organic/granular textures and ambient pads. The work is performed by Marcello Lussana (live electronics) and Eun-Boram Ahn (stone playing).
