We are delighted to introduce “Basement,” a collaborative project curated by Threes in partnership with Fondazione Elpis.

Within the confines of Basement, we will showcase the latest creation by the Italian, London-based artist, VISIO. 

Titled “Fools Circle 9wys,” this audio/video installation marks a pivotal point in VISIO’s ongoing exploration. It forms an integral part of a sustained research initiative crafted by VISIO and Rustan Söderling, drawing inspiration from the imaginative universe created by Russel Hoban in his book “Riddley Walker.”

The installation is realised in the context of a residency supported by SHAPE+, a platform for innovative music and interdisciplinary art co-founded by the European Union.

VISIO is part of the SHAPE+ 2023/2024 artists roster.
